Spell: 108 Stones for Health and Healing

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

For a variety of reasons, the number 108 is sacred in many paths of Eastern mysticism, including Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism, Jainism, and both tantric and yogic schools of thought. For this ritual, gather 108 small stones or pebbles, two containers to hold them, and a stick of your favorite incense.

Sit comfortably at a small table, with a bowl of stones in front of you to the left and an empty bowl to your right. Light the incense, take some deep breaths, and calm your mind. Get comfortable. Using your right hand, grab one stone or pebble. Visualize yourself and say:

"I send you love, healing, and happiness."

Then put the stone in the empty bowl. Do the same with the second stone, but this time visualize someone you know (even if you barely know them). Say the words while you project the energy toward the person.

Continue this with a different person (or animal) in mind each time, even if they are from your past and even if they have crossed over. Conclude by casting the stones into a body of running water. This ritual generates beneficial karma for yourself while lending a bit of light to others in your life.
