1 1/4 cups sugar
Combine sugar, cocoa, and salt in two-quart sauce-pan. Add milk, stir clockwise and cook on low heat until it boils. Allow to cook over low heat until it reaches soft ball stage (234°F on a candy thermometer). Turn off heat, add butter, extracts, and cinnamon. Spread in greased pan. Cool to room temperature, then beat and chill.

2 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp each vanilla and almond extract
