| Monday is the day of the moon and one when its influences are keenly felt. It is easy to feel out of sync with the ebb and flow of the days and nights. In order to reconnect with the moon, go out after dark. The moon is just starting to grow and approaching its first-quarter aspect. It is still filled with potential energy. Reach your arms up toward the sky and embrace the possibilities. If you feel moved to dance in order to express this, then do so. Move in a slowly curving arc until you almost reach the point where you started. This honors the fact that even though we are in constant motion, we never really ever come back to the same point in our lives again. Take with you the knowledge that you have the same potential as the moon, and we are as ever changing as she is! |
