Use this spell for protection. Write down on a small scrap of paper the name of the person or a description of the circumstance that is threatening to breach your defenses. Fold the paper or crumple it up tightly as you envision the threat imploding, the negative energy folding in on itself. Choose a small jar or envelope. Fill the jar or envelope with black pepper, then insert the scrap of paper, covering it completely with the pepper. Pound your fist nine times on top of the jar or envelope, stating:

No! No! No!

Toss the jar or envelope in the trash or keep it packed away and concealed. Rub your hands with salt and wash them thoroughly immediately after casting this spell.
