Life's happenings can sometimes seem depressingly overwhelming. Then we need to take a step back and find reasons to keep going-to have hope.
Use some jasmine oil (fragrance oil works) to dress deep blue and silver candles. With the candles set before you, pull out a notebook and a pen that you like. On the left-hand side of a page, list as many things about your life currently that have you feeling like you are drowning. Now on the right-hand side, list a positive to match as many of those negatives as you can. You may not get very far at first, but this is the kind of ritual you can come back to as often as necessary. When you start to grasp for hope, review that list of positives and continue on. |
