| Each of us has people or things that really rattle our chains and seem to disrespect our space. A simple spell of "Keep Away" can help us change their behaviors.
First, make a poppet of yourself. Build a structure to represent the space you feel you need to keep safe. Popsicle sticks are good to work with, but pebbles or stones can also be used to create a stronghold. Determine how much protection you want to use. With permanent marker, write KEEP AWAY on the outside of the structure. Place your poppet inside the structure and loudly say: "Hear me now, my will obey You are not welcome, KEEP AWAY" When you see the person, repeat the chant quietly to yourself. Also practice in front of a mirror, repeating the chant. Notice your body language. Stand straight, square your shoulders, keep your feet firmly balanced, and let your entire body reinforce your thoughts. |
