| Painting is used in this spell to empower a desire or need. First, paint the symbol of Venus (T) and Libra (g) on a piece of canvas or paper. Spend as much time working on the painting as you like. The idea is not to represent the desire perfectly, but to imbue the canvas with emotions that reflect on your desire. If you begin to worry or allow your mind to wander into negativity, stop. Come back to the work when you have cleansed the impure emotions from your mind. Burning a pleasing incense or listening to music while painting helps to keep a positive mood. Add spirals that begin from the outside and move to the center of the canvas while concentrating on your desires. When you are finished with the painting, hold your hands over the work and state your needs one last time. |
