| We all need a little boost in the daily grind. If you're feeling particularly low on energy, go outside and focus on the elements around you. Feel the Earth beneath you, the air you smell and breathe, the water beneath the Earth and in your blood, and the fire of the Sun above you. Raise your arms and put your hands in a "cup" position, with the Sun centered in the middle. Close your eyes and feel its power radiating into your hands, through your arms, and into your body. Take deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. While doing this, think of various solar deities (such as Sol, Helios, Ra, Pan, etc.), and feel the warm summer Sun pulse through your body and help carry you through the daily grind. |
