Spell: Travel Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

As we pack for a trip, we get so caught up in having the right clothes or making sure our reservations are confirmed that we often forget to "insure" our trip will be a safe one. Travel insurance is a good idea, but a magical "insurance plan" doesn't hurt, given the difficulites with all types of travel in our world today. Lavender has been used for years as a calming herb to help comfort and encourage rest. Simply place a few sprigs of lavender in your suitcase and travel bag. Put a lavender soap in your carr-on bag or purse so that you can have a quick "aromatherapy" moment if your stress levels rise. Give yourself a breath of lavender air to help overcome anxiety, and you will have a better travel experience whether you are in a car, on a plane, or on a train.
