Spell: Rescue Remedy Ritual

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

This is a wonderful ritual for a Monday morning or anytime you might feel a sense of anticipation that feels uncentering.
Begin by filling a basin with cool water. (A few drops of essential oil is a nice addition). Cup the water in your hands and splash your face while you visualize the number 7 encircling yourself with white light. Splash again, seeing violet at your brow whispering the number 6. As you envision a blue orb at your throat see 5. Keep bathing your face with the cool, scented water working your way down through each chakra center, witnessing the corresponding color as you count backwards. Heart is 4 and green. Solar plexus is 3 and yellow. Sacral chakra is orange and 2, and the root chakra or base of the spine is red and the number 1. When you've completed the chakra countdown, sit in a straight-backed chair holding with both hands a tall staff or pole between your legs, firmly planted on the ground. Close your eyes and experience the grounding of the staff as you breathe deep into
the belly. With each breath, begin to count back up to seven and then state:
I am rooted like an oak,
As deep as I am tall,
My guardian angel I invoke,
To hold me as I call ____________. (State your purpose for needing to be grounded and centered.)
