Incense of the day: Narcissus In the morning, rise and light a white candle. Place it on your altar along with three coins. Sweep the circle and call the directions. Facing the candle, chant: Oh Mother Brigid, whose eternal flame burns within us all. Oh Mother bright and beautiful, hear my call!" Then say: I ask for new beginnings My wish is for______ State your wish. Visualize it. Hold the coins up to the flame and say: One coin for my past, One for my present, And one for my future. These I give as offerings to you. Repeat your wish. Open your circle and breathe in deeply. Keep the candle burning as long as safely possible. Later, take a walk outside and place the coins one by one in or near a water source, such as a pond or river, while you whisper Brigid's name in thanks. |
