Incense of the day: Ivy A muse can be a tricky thing to conjure when you need one. Try to summon some inspiration from yours with a few simple actions. First, clean your altar or sacred space. It's hard to be inspired when there is dust and excess clutter all over. Light your altar candles and a golden (or yellow) candle for inspiration. Invite your muse to visit you and sit in reflection for a few minutes, watching the flames flicker and dance. Then, go do something relaxing. Trust that your subconscious is working, and that when you return to your work you'll be newly energized and inspired. |
