LLEWELLYN'S SPELL-A-DAY

Spell: Organize Your Grimoire Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Color of the day: Purple
Incense of the day: Ylang-ylang

Every Witch should have his or her own Book of Shadows and a complete grimoire. What's a grimoire? It's a personal book of spell craft. If you're like me, you probably have a folder of notes, some perhaps clipped out from the past years of this very Spell-A-Day Almanac, and you've been meaning to organize and copy them into one complete and comprehensive spell book. So why not make May 19, the feast day of Saint Peter Celestine, patron saint of books, the day to work on your grimoire? To start this process, clean off your work area. Place a pentagram on the top of your desk, burn a black candle and a stick of vanilla incense, and begin work. If you are one of those highly organized individuals whose grimoire is current, then try some research on the web to get new ideas, or buy a new book on spell work.
