Sometimes in our daily routine we can build up a lot of intense emotional energy. The Scorpio New Moon is a good time to attempt to release this energy. By ridding ourselves of this excess emotional energy, we allow our minds and bodies to stay healthy. To prepare for this, take a piece of unlined paper, a pen, a black candle, and a bowl of pure water and sea salt. Light the candle and write down any concerns, fears, or frustrations you may be feeling right now. Allow the words to come flowing out from your pen. Do not hold back. You may even feel like saying the words aloud as you write them to allow them to move from inside you to the outside world. Once you have finished writing, burn the paper in the candle flame.
