Spell: Apricot Warmth

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Today is National Apricot Day. Apricots are associated with warmth, hope, love, soothing, beauty, and wisdom. For this spell, gather these supplies:

  • A blanket and pillows
  • 1 white tealight candle in a cauldron
  • Matches
  • The Ace of Cups, Sun, and Nine of Pentacles Tarot cards
  • A citrine stone
  • An apricot-flavored drink
  • Fresh or dried apricots

Create a cozy nest with pillows and blankets, with a safe space for the tealight. Place the tealight in the cauldron and light it, saying:
I bask in the apricot's warmth.

Set the Sun card on the ground in front of the tealight, the Ace of Cups to its left, and the Nine of Pentacles to its right. Place the citrine on the Sun card.

Eat and drink, visualizing the joy, creativity, and stability in the cards, enhanced by the apricot's power.

Let the candle burn down safely, or relight it over three days until it burns down. Carry the citrine with you until summer. Plant the apricot pit on Imbolc.
