Spell: May the Force Be with You

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

It's not uncommon to hear "May the 4th be with you" every May 4th as people around the world celebrate Star Wars Day. The idea of the Force as a cosmic power that connects everything in the universe is an idea worth celebrating.

To connect to the greater universe, find a comfortable and quiet spot where you won't be disturbed. You can stand or sit. Begin by closing your eyes and taking a deep breath. As you exhale, push out any negative energy or thoughts inside of you. As you breathe, extend your consciousness up and out of your body. Visualize your essence rising above you, moving toward the sky. Feel yourself floating above the trees, the hills, and eventually the clouds and out into space. As your essence floats outside of our world, feel the energies of other planets, suns, and galaxies move through you and connect to them. Once you've connected to the greater universe, allow your essence to slowly drift back down into your body.
