| For finding a new home, or for redecorating an old one, it can be beneficial to keep a three-ring binder and divide it into sections, one for each room of the house you'd like to have, one for the house itself, and one for the land surrounding the house. Use a paper punch to punch holes in paper to insert into the binder. Each time you find a picture of a house you like, a piece of furniture you like, or something that evokes the mood you would like to have in your home, cut it out and paste it into the proper section. This gives you a focus, raises your energy, and helps you define what it is you are looking for in a home. |
