Spell: Showering Off the Day

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

This evening, after the day has come to a close, light a single candle and hop in the shower while holding a hand of sea salt. Before stepping fully into the water, place the salt on your head and imagine it absorbing energies that have accumulated around your mind and aura.

Step slowly into the running water until you’re fully submerged. Speak to the water, thanking it for cleansing your mind, body, and spirit, as well as for nourishing your life and the life of the world.

Dim your vision as the salt washes down, noticing if insights come to your psychic mind. Humbly communicate with the water, asking for its assistance with any particular “releasings” you desire.

Conclude by rinsing off your whole body and meditating somewhere while you dry. Take it easy tonight, knowing you’ll wake up refreshed and ready to go when the morning comes! Be sure to extinguish the candle.
