| Into a bowl of rainwater or melted snow mix the following: one drop anise oil, four parts powdered hyssop, and one part powdered chamomile. Add the mixture to your bath water, and light a white candle and burn some sandalwood incense as you soak. Visualize all impurities being pulled out of you and into the water by the herbs. These impurities will be carried away when you drain the tub. As you rise from the tub to dry off, make an affirmation to yourself. You are a pure vessel. |
