Spring cleaning is an old tradition. Each year, the old leaves decay and the soil brings forth new flowers. As the world turns bright and colorful again, it encourages us to brush away the remains of the old year and make room for the new. Think about what needs the most attention in your life. Here are some ideas. In the yard, rake mulch off the flower beds to allow sprouts to come up. Put the old mulch on the compost pile. Pick up sticks to make a bonfire. You can also pile them into a wildlife shelter. In the house, sweep any smooth floors and carry out the dust. Vacuum or shampoo carpeted floors. Then cleanse the area with floor wash. You can buy one ( like Chinese wash) from a magical supplier, or make your own with water, sea salt, lemon juice, and the herbal powder or essential oil of your choice. Sort through your closet and give away at least one bag of unneeded clothes. This encourages abundance. |
