Spell: Rue Protection Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

On a small piece of parchment paper, draw a pentagram. Between each point, draw an arrow directed outward, then dress each of the points with rue essential oil. Fold the paper three times, rotating it clockwise between each fold. Place the folded parchment in a small black pouch, along with five pinches of rue, a pinch of salt, and half of a dried lemon peel. Tie the pouch and then place it in the sun to charge for a few minutes until it is warm to the touch. Then place the pouch in both hands, blow over it three times, and say:

"Herb of grace, protector of all,
especially witches, I call upon
your strength and power so that
it may be one with this charm.
Rue, I call upon you to watch over
me and keep me from harm!"

Keep the pouch on or near your person for best results.
