Spell: Sage Spell

In the 1600s, sage was believed to render immortality. Today, the plant is still considered a powerful healing agent with many magical properties. Sage is often used during the month of May, along with butter and parsley, to promote a healthy body. Also sage ale, when drunk in May, will encourage good health. This multifunctional plant can be used to cure warts if fresh leaves are applied to the affected area. The leaves can also be used as a poultice to cure wounds and sores.
