LLEWELLYN'S SPELL-A-DAY

Spell: Abracadabra Obstacle-Shrinking Talisman

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Remember those sheets of shrinking plastic you put in the oven as a kid? Seemed like magic, right? Here's a cool talisman made from recycled plastic that you can make and enchant to remove obstacles.
Watch for plastic packaging marked #6; you probably have something from the grocery store packaged in it. Find an image of a diminishing abracadabra, with the word repeated with one less letter until it disappears. Place a clean piece of #6 plastic over your image, and trace the design using a permanent marker, visualizing what you want to diminish in your life. Bake the plastic on a parchment-covered cookie sheet at 350 degrees F. for 2–3 minutes. It will curl up as it shrinks and then lie flat. As it shrinks, chant:

"Obstacles shrink from me, with harm to none, so shall it be."

Keep it as a talisman to ward away your chosen obstacle.
