| For this spell, you will need a crystal point and a bowl of sea salt. Cast a circle, using the crystal point as an athame. Invite the elements and deities of your choice.
Envision the negativity within you as black splotches. Pull all of the splotches together toward your center, then push the negativity out of you. Use the crystal point to direct the negativity to the bowl of salt to be grounded. Thank the elements and deities. Open the circle. Dispose of the salt in running water, being careful not to touch it. Be sure to cleanse your crystal before using it again. |
