Gather materials - a cruise catalog, information from the tourist bureau, whatever will help you visualize. If you want to travel to where another language is spoken, learn that language. Put yourself in a relaxed state, and visualize yourself in the specific place you wish to go - at the top of the Eiffel Tower, or on the beach in Cancun. Affirm that you will visit that place, and spend a few minutes every day doing this visualization. |
