| The night before leaving on an airplane, take a ring, watch, or other piece of jewelry that you will be wearing on the flight. Hold it in your hand, and imagine the plane surrounded by blue protective light that starts at the nose of the plane and moves to the tail. Imagine the light extending off each wing and keeping the entire airplane working perfectly. Then, imagine the light helping the pilots focus on the flight and keeping everyone inside the plane safe and calm during the flight. Put on your seatbelt when you get into your seat on the plane. Again imagine the blue protective light around the plane. Then sit back and enjoy your flight. |
