Smile on purpose until you really feel the silliness of what you are doing. Make faces at yourself in the mirror until you laugh. Then decide on something silly and fun to do today. Jump in mud puddles, have a pillow fight-whatever makes you smile. Throughout the day, tell silly jokes, poke a little fun at yourself, or play good-natured jokes and help those around you to laugh.
