Spell: Get Ready for a Performance Review Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Color of the day: White
Incense of the day: Cedar

To get the most out of a dreaded "performance review" at work, take a quiet moment one day before your review. This should be exactly twenty-four hours before the review's scheduled time, if possible. Put on the clothes you intend to wear for the review. Sit relaxed in a chair, and close your eyes for a few quiet moments. Remember all the things you've done-all of your accomplishments-since your last review. Ask yourself, which of these things will you bring with you to the interview as positive reasons for a raise, promotion, or whatever you intend for this current review? Write the reasons down on a piece of paper, fold the paper, and place it in your pocket. Just before your interview, find a quiet spot and quickly review your list. Return the list to your pocket (or inside a sock, or other hidden place, if you don't have pockets). Feel the energy of these positive items flow into your body, giving you confidence during the review.
