LLEWELLYN'S SPELL-A-DAY

Spell: Tarot for Balance

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Use this spell to create order and balance in your life. If you are feeling like you can't find your center or are out of balance, do this working. You will need each of the fours from any tarot deck: four of wands, four of swords, four of cups, and four of pentacles. You will also need a small white chime candle and a picture of yourself.

Place the cards down flat on your altar with the cards creating a compass of the directions that correspond with the tarot suits: wands to the south, swords to the east, cups to the west, and pentacles to the north. Place the picture of yourself in the center of these four directions. Safely light the candle and speak your desire for balance out loud. If you can't think of what to say, say this:

Balance and centeredness I seek with the four elements holding me. I am grounded and centered. As I will it so mote it be.

When you are done, snuff out the candle.
