Spell: Dissolution of Obstacles

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Since we're ten days into the New Year and this is the time when people begin to falter in their resolutions, it's an ideal time to cast a spell for removing barriers to success. To cast this spell, write a list of specific obstacles blocking you from your chosen goal, such as "craving for chocolate," "fear of elevators," or whatever applies.
Once you have your list, light some incense composed of equal parts frankincense and myrrh in a cauldron, and light a white candle. Study your list and make sure you desire to be free of each item. Hold the list, sending your stress and worry about these obstacles into the paper. When you're ready, light the paper in the candle's flame, then drop it into the cauldron while chanting:

"Banished, broken, dissolved away,
Obstacles vanish; I'm on track to stay."

Once cooled, bury the ashes and candle remains in the ground.
