Spell: St. Andrew’s Eve Divination

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Color of the day: Red
Incense of the day: Juniper

For centuries, people have practiced various divination and love spells on this night. Melt wax in a pot and pour it through the hole of a key into a vat of cold water. When the wax is hardened, pull it from the water and place it between a burning candle and a piece of paper. The shadow it throws should suggest something to you. If you wish to marry in the upcoming year, snip a branch from a cherry tree and plant it in wet soil. Keep the ground moist. If it flowers before Christmas, you will marry in 2006.
