1. Ruach is a Hebrew word meaning breath, wind, or spirit. It is also used as a term for Air as one of the four elements. In cabalism, Ruach is used to designate the mind and reasoning powers and is considered to be the middle part of the three-part soul. As such, it is associated with the SephirahTiphareth.
2. 1) The psychic energy, similar to Prana and Kundalini.
2) The conscious, consisting of the will, memory, imagination, reason, and desire. Corresponds with the 4th-8th Sephiroth. Also corresponds to the psychic center at the solar plexus.
