2. Non-supported elevation of physical objects and persons.
Partial elevation is common to "Table-tipping" in which the attendees place fingers lightly on a table and ask questions of supposed spirit presences. The table responds by lifting two or three of the four legs and taps answers.
In some cases, the entire table has elevated.
During spiritual séances, various objects are elevated and move about the séance room.
During séances, the medium has actually been elevated and even moved outside the room through one window and returned through another.
During meditation and prayer, some people "bounce" and in other cases fully levitate.
