When you are starting to run dry on ideas and need inspiration to strike, you can head to the Cauldron of Cerridwen. Today, Wednesday, corresponds to knowledge and inspiration and will aid in helping to draw inspiration to us. Cerridwen tended her cauldron to create a potion that would grant inspiration. We are fortunate that we can create our own.

You will need a small cauldron or mixing vessel. Into the cauldron you will put water and a stone of your choice. Blue lace agate, opal, or apatite would work well. You can also put in a pinch of basil and/or coriander to promote creativity. Once these ingredients have been added, stir them together and say:

Cerridwen, I seek the Awen.

Let the inspiration flow in.

Place the potion in a small airtight container. When you need new ideas, anoint your forehead with the mixture to open yourself up to inspiration.
