Sun Water Spell

Color of the day:  Indigo
Incense of the day:  Sage

Moon water is all the rage in Witchcraft circles these days, but sun water is also an effective magickal tool. To make sun water, pour fresh water into a clean bowl and set outside in the sun. To give your sun water a little extra magickal oomph, add garden flowers, crystals, or a stone such as carnelian to the water. You can also add a drop or two of essential oil, especially an oil that reminds you of sunshine, such as lemon or orange.

Before the sun sets, gather your water and pour it into a clean jar or bottle, straining out any extras that you may have added (or that may have accumulated throughout the day). Sprinkle your sun water on any item you want to charge with solar energy, or use it to anoint yourself for extra strength, endurance, and vitality.
