POSTED UNDER Earth, Love

Dirt Spell

Color of the day:  Blue
Incense of the day:  Sandalwood

Dirt is cooling to the spirit. You can slip and slide and make mud pies from it.

You can place it in a bowl and set it on your altar. You can gather some from a graveyard to use when you falter.

You can plant a flower in it, or bury things you love in it, so they’ll always be with you when you gaze upon them from above.

For this spell, gather some dirt. You can take some from your plants, your back yard, or even a bag of potting soil. Place the dirt in a bowl. Say:

Mother Earth, you know best.
I honor you with this earth and
have faith you’ll do the rest.
I remain humble, in awe of you,
For blessed Mother Earth, you
always know what to do.
