Has it been years since you first acquired some of your herbs, powders, and magical ingredients? Your rituals may have become more simplistic, so there may be jars and pots not opened for some time, or you can sense a lack of potency. What to do with all this magically infused yet natural matter? Return it to the source.

Today being Lammas Eve and a new moon makes it an ideal time for this spell. Gather the items you need to dispose of. In a far corner of your property, away from prying eyes, individually pour/shake the items into the ground, returning nature to nature.

Chant:

you have served me well,
In rituals and spell to spell.
The powers you once held dispersed,
Gently return to the earth."
