Cast this spell to bring about a subtle awareness to your employer and coworkers about how valuable you are to the team. Grab the business card of your superior and write your name over their contact information three times, then anoint it lightly with lavender oil. Hold the business card with both hands and enchant it by saying:

"See me for what I am,
someone deserving more.
See me for what I am,
an eagle who can soar.
Appreciate me for what I do,
I need to know you care.
Appreciate me for what I do,
open your heart and share."

Put the card in your shoe and leave it there until you feel appreciated.
