Stand up and into the light, and let it flood through you-then sit down again. Try to do this ten times. This exercise, a simple "sit-stand," activates your leg and core muscles and increases circulation. The up-down movement is rhythmic and meditative, but most importantly you are in control, choosing when to rise and when to sit down again. The light is always there.
