The winter months are generally a time for introspective work. Utilize those energies and the lunar energies associated with Mondays and work on channeling prophetic dreams.

You will want to create a sachet that will aid you in your workings and place it under your pillow. A common herb that can be used is bay leaf. You can also add peppermint, mugwort, yarrow, holly, or cedar. Once you have combined the herbs into the bag, place it under your pillow. When you awaken from your slumber, you can write down any of the details of your dreams to interpret throughout the day.
