Ground and center your energy and visualize yourself sitting in an empty room alone with your friend. See a cord of light move from your belly to theirs and spend a few moments stabilizing the connection by taking slow and steady breaths and visualizing the cord growing brighter.

Compose a simple message in your mind, such as Call me! and visualize the words becoming a blue ball of electricity. Take another deep breath and send this blue message ball down the energy cord to your friend. Visualize them receiving the energy and the spark giving them the urge to contact you.
