Select a deep red garnet or one with a brown tint. You'll also need a burgundy candle. Begin by lighting the candle, then relax and center. Hold the garnet and breathe deeply. Concentrate on your concern and then hold the garnet to your heart. You'll begin to receive messages. Let them come, even if they don't make sense.
