POSTED UNDER Water, Winter

Release Grief Spell

Color of the day:  Brown
Incense of the day:  Patchouli

In November, nature transitions into winter. This is a good time to work magic to free ourselves from feelings of grief. On a piece of paper, using blue ink, write down the source(s) of your grief. It could be death or divorce; whatever the cause, write it down. Then cut or tear the paper into tiny pieces and place in a dark-colored bowl. Sprinkle the pieces of paper generously with salt. Next, pour about a cup of water into the bowl and stir counterclockwise. Let this mixture sit overnight. The next day, take the bowl outside and pour the contents around a weed. Walk away. As the saltwater kills the weed and as nature moves closer to winter, your feelings of grief will begin to fade.
