Stagnation is a common occurrence, but it is something that can be overcome. The energies of the waxing moon today will promote growth and change. Choose a purple or silver candle to focus on. Visualize yourself doing the things that will bring you spiritual fulfillment. Hold the candle as you are doing your visualization, as this will help imbue your candle with your hopes and dreams.

After you have charged your candle with your intention, you may light it. This will release the positive influences that have been imbued into the candle in order to effect the change you want in your life. Let the candle burn down completely. Take the initiative and really work toward your goal of spiritual growth.
