Today is the official observance of Leif Erikson Day in honor of his discovery of America. In honor of discovery and exploration, take a little time to explore a part of your area that you are unfamiliar with. You could take a drive in the country, or, if you're feeling more adventurous, take a tour of a cave or other landmark near you. Be bold and get out of your comfort zone today. Once you get home, light a candle to remember a fellow traveler. Reflect on what you've experienced and offer thanks.
