Macho Begone Spell

Color of the day:  Green
Incense of the day:  Balsam
 
This spell must be done with humor and kindness! On a piece of paper, with a watercolor pencil or other water-soluble marker, write the heading "A REAL man..." and underneath it, list all the ridiculous notions you've ever heard about men or what men should be. As you do so, chant the words to the song "Macho Man" by the Village People, if you know them and are so inclined.
When the paper is finished, place it on a waterproof and fireproof surface on your altar. Sprinkle the paper lightly with water and watch the colors run, smearing them with your finger until they're dissolved or illegible, saying:

"Foolish notion, false belief, begone, old macho, from the sight of me!"

When dry, tear the paper into pieces(air) and burn it. Then bury the ash in the earth, repeating the chant. When you're finished, pat the ground over the ashes and say:

"A REAL man is a human being!"

Know that Mother Earth will recycle the energy into something nourishing.
