In the morning, just after you've gotten out of bed but before you've begun to get ready for the day, take a few moments to stretch out your body. Ground and center yourself and recite the following:

"May the Gods be with me this day.
Help me to live, learn, and love as I should.
Help me to be all I can and should be,
And to do all that I can and should do.
Help me to refrain from being that which I should not be,
And from doing that which I should not do.
Help me to find my place in this world and to fill it;
To be happy and to thrive;
To be happy, healthy, wealthy, and wise.
So mote it be!"
