Spiritual Solidarity Feast

Color of the day:  Green
Incense of the day:  Apricot

Today happens to be both Purim and Hola Mohalla, religious holidays of communal feasting and spiritual solidarity celebrated by people of the Jewish and Sikh faiths, respectively. Additionally, it's an expansive, Jupiter-ruled Thursday, and the moon is in the loving, fair, and harmonious sign of Libra. With all of these factors in play, it's an excellent time for a "celebration of spiritual diversity" feast. Prepare or purchase a delicious vegetarian meal, and invite over one or more friends who practice a different faith or tradition than you do, letting them know your intention to celebrate your differences through the ritual sharing of a meal. Light peach and pink candles for peace and understanding. Before eating, say a solidarity prayer, such as:

"For each unique person, there is a unique spiritual path. With this precious meal, we celebrate our differences while expressing our solidarity as peaceful and loving spiritual devotees. Thank you."
