Color of the day: Crimson Incense of the day: Mulberry To balance out and recalibrate your relationship with money, make four lists. First, list positive new habits you can adopt surrounding money, including every way to comfortably save money that you can think of: borrow books from the library, host clothing swaps, etc. Second, list things that you might responsibly spend money on that you have been neglecting, such as a new dish towel, car maintenance, or even something that seems like more of a luxury, such as bath salts or a color of lipstick that you like. Third, list your limiting beliefs about money, such as "rich people are unhappy" or "money is always a problem." Now make a fourth list by rewriting every limiting belief, transforming it into a positive one. Commit to making changes according to lists one, two, and four. Throw the third list onto a fire or burn it safely in a cauldron or pot. |
