POSTED UNDER Moon, Rain

Full Moon Ritual

Color of the day:  White
Incense of the day:  Honeysuckle

"Whenever ye have need of anything, once in the month, and better it be when the Moon is full, then shall ye assemble in some secret place and adore the spirit of She, who is Queen of all witches."
-Doreen Valiente, Charge of the
Goddess
A full moon ritual for a solitary does not need to be fancy or complex. It is more about your connection with your Goddess and what is needed in your life at this time.
No altar is needed. Rather, just stand in the moonlight, close your eyes, and feel her presence. Talk with her about how things are with you. How is life for you right now? Is there anything that could make it better? Or is life too much, and maybe you could do better with less, like less strain or less stress? It is all about you at this moment, and your Goddess is there if you will just reach out and make the connection.
Take this evening to talk to your Goddess. Thank her for all the good things in your life. And do not be afraid to ask her for any assistance you may need. That is what a full moon is all about.
